Privacy notice

This launch draft explains how Nizamate, operated by AVMDEVS LLC, handles information when you use the service. It requires review and approval by qualified legal counsel before it is relied on as a final legal notice.

Information we receive

We may receive account identifiers such as name, email address, phone number, sign-in provider identifier and language; building and asset records such as units, roles, notices, votes, documents and supplier relationships; transaction and subscription details such as plan, invoices, payment status and support history; device and usage information such as IP address, browser, timestamps, log events and approximate location inferred from network data; and content you submit, including messages, photos, requests, quotes and reviews.

Why we use it

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide building and asset workspaces, apply roles and permissions, deliver notices, support records and decisions, connect communities with marketplace suppliers, provide subscriptions and billing administration, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and protect the service, measure reliability and improve features, and meet legal or safety obligations where they apply.

Shared records and your role

A building or asset administrator may invite you and may make records visible to members who have a relevant role. Content you add to a shared workspace can be seen by those authorised participants. Do not add sensitive information that the workspace does not need. When an account is deleted, some shared records may be retained for the building's continuity and audit history, with direct identifiers removed or anonymised where reasonably possible.

Service providers and processors

We may use carefully selected providers for hosting and databases, authentication and one-time codes, email or messaging delivery, payment processing, analytics and error monitoring, file and media storage, and customer support. They receive only the information needed for their service, must protect it under their agreements, and may process it in the countries where they operate. The current provider list can be maintained by the platform team as operations change.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and workspace information while it is needed to provide the service, support the building's records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, protect security, or maintain legitimate audit history. Account deletion requests begin a 30-day grace period so an authorised user can recover an account or correct an accidental request. After the grace period, we delete or anonymise information according to the applicable retention needs. Backups and records required for security or legal reasons may take longer to cycle out.

Security

We use access controls, authentication safeguards, encryption in transit where supported, logging and operational procedures designed to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access through admin@nizamatepro.com.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or information about processing, and you may object to some uses or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You can manage certain account details in Nizamate or ask an authorised building administrator. Contact admin@nizamatepro.com with enough detail to identify the request. We may need to verify identity and may keep information where a legal exception applies.

Contact and updates

For privacy questions or requests, email admin@nizamatepro.com. We may update this notice as the service changes and will publish the effective date with the updated text. This draft intentionally does not state a postal address, registration state or specific governing jurisdiction until counsel confirms them.
