These launch terms describe the intended use of Nizamate by AVMDEVS LLC. They are a working draft for legal counsel approval and should be finalised before they are presented as binding terms.
The service
Nizamate provides tools for shared building and asset records, communications, governance, service coordination, marketplace discovery and related administration. Features can change, be limited by plan or depend on an invitation and the permissions assigned to your role.
Accounts and roles
Give accurate information, protect your sign-in methods and use only accounts you are authorised to use. Building administrators are responsible for inviting people and assigning roles lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for telling us about suspected compromise. We may suspend access to protect people, records or the service.
Your content and shared records
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give AVMDEVS LLC permission to host, store, reproduce, format and display that content as needed to operate Nizamate and the workspace. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it and that it does not unlawfully infringe, deceive, harass, expose private information or contain malicious code. Shared records may remain after account deletion in anonymised or de-identified form when needed for continuity, reporting or audit history.
Marketplace and suppliers
Marketplace listings and supplier profiles are provided for discovery and coordination. Nizamate does not become a party to the work agreement between a customer and supplier unless a separate written arrangement says so. Customers and suppliers must agree schedules, scope, quality, warranties, taxes and payment directly. Supplier payments are made outside the Nizamate platform unless a clearly labelled feature and separate terms say otherwise. Verify providers and make decisions appropriate to your situation.
Subscriptions and payment
A building or customer may use Nizamate under a selected subscription. Plan scope, unit or asset counts, billing period, price, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms should be shown at checkout or in the applicable order. A subscription does not transfer ownership of building records or grant rights beyond the selected plan. Payment providers may process card or other payment details under their own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, scrape or disrupt it, upload malware, impersonate another person, misuse personal information, manipulate votes or records, or use Nizamate for unlawful, threatening or fraudulent activity. Report security concerns and harmful content to admin@nizamatepro.com.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep Nizamate useful and available, but maintenance, outages, network conditions, third-party services and events outside our control can affect it. Records and notices can contain mistakes, so review important information before acting. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without promises beyond those expressly stated in the final terms, and any limits on liability, warranties or remedies must be confirmed by counsel before publication.
Ending access and account deletion
You may request account deletion through the account deletion page or by emailing admin@nizamatepro.com. A 30-day grace period applies before deletion is completed, during which an authorised recovery request may stop it. We may end or limit access when required to protect the service, comply with law or address a serious breach. Provisions that need to continue, including rights in shared records, payment obligations and dispute records, may survive deletion.
Updates, contact and legal review
We may update these terms as the service develops and will publish the effective date with the updated text. Contact admin@nizamatepro.com for questions or support. The final version should identify the contracting entity, governing law, jurisdiction, notice address and any mandatory consumer terms after legal counsel confirms them. This draft intentionally does not invent those details.
